Indian diaspora of more than 35 million people is deeply concerned about the deteriorating human rights situation in Bangladesh, particularly with regards to the Hindu minority community.
The recent reports of violence, intimidation, and harassment against Hindus in Bangladesh are alarming, Attacks on Hindu temples, homes, and families resulted in loss of lives and properties. These incidents are not isolated, but rather a part of a larger pattern of discrimination and persecution faced by the Hindu community in Bangladesh.
I urge you to take immediate action to restore human rights in Bangladesh
